These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BGeometrics (charts.bgeometrics.com), including the free Bitcoin On-Chain charts and the Bitcoin Data API. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and API consumers, whether accessing the platform on a free or paid basis.

Description of Services
BGeometrics provides two main types of services:Free On-Chain Charts: Interactive visualizations of Bitcoin on-chain metrics such as MVRV Z-Score, NUPL, SOPR, Realized Price, Hodl Waves, Hashrate, and many others. All charts are freely accessible without registration.
Bitcoin Data API: A REST API that exposes Bitcoin on-chain and market metrics in machine-readable format. Available free of charge up to the usage limits described below, and via paid subscription for higher tiers.
Free On-Chain Charts
All charts published on BGeometrics are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. No registration is required to view them.You may share or embed individual chart URLs in non-commercial contexts provided you give clear attribution to BGeometrics as the source, do not modify or reproduce the charts in bulk, and do not use them in ways that could mislead users about their origin.
BGeometrics reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue any chart at any time without prior notice. Data displayed is for informational purposes only and may contain delays or inaccuracies.
Bitcoin API — Free Tier & Usage Limits
The BGeometrics Bitcoin Data API is available with a free API key. The following rate limits apply to the free tier:Free tier: 8 requests per hour · 15 requests per day · No payment required
Pro / Paid tier: Higher limits · Active paid subscription required
Exceeding the limit returns HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) until the counter resets. Free-tier access is intended for personal projects, research, and evaluation. Using bots or multiple API keys to circumvent rate limits is strictly prohibited.
To use the API, obtain a key at bitcoin-data.com. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Contact info@bgeometrics.com immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
Paid Subscriptions
Users who require higher API request volumes may subscribe to a paid plan at bitcoin-data.com/bguser/pricing.• Subscription fees are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.
• BGeometrics reserves the right to modify pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice.
• Abuse of the API, even under a paid plan, may result in suspension without refund.
Financial Disclaimer
The content provided by BGeometrics — including charts, metrics, API data, and any derived analysis — does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.Past performance of Bitcoin or any asset shown on this platform is not a guarantee of future results. On-chain metrics are analytical tools and do not predict price movements. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
BGeometrics shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of information provided on this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on BGeometrics — including chart designs, visualizations, logo, source code, and written content — is the property of BGeometrics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.Underlying Bitcoin blockchain data is public by nature. However, the specific processing, presentation, and methodology applied by BGeometrics to derive metrics is proprietary.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from BGeometrics content without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or abuse API rate limits by any means.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website in bulk without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense API access to third parties without an explicit commercial agreement with BGeometrics.
• Misrepresent BGeometrics data as your own original data or analysis.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks associated with the service.
Service Availability
BGeometrics aims to maintain continuous availability of its charts and API but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.BGeometrics shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime or interruptions to the service.
Privacy
BGeometrics collects minimal user data, limited to what is necessary to provide the service (e.g., email address for API key registration, usage statistics). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.By using our services, you acknowledge that anonymised, aggregated usage data may be collected for the purpose of improving the platform.

Changes to Terms
BGeometrics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page.
